1. Order Cancellation

* Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

* Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.


2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

* If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will be applied if cancelled before dispatch.


4. Refund Timeline

* Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

* The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.


5. Failed or Duplicate Orders


* If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by the payment provider within a few business days.

* In case of duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.


6. Important Notes

* Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted.

* Kreedashala Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
