1. Return Window

* Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

* Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return.

2. Conditions for Return

* Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

* Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

* Be returned with a valid invoice or order ID

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

You can request a return if:

* You received a damaged or defective product

* You received the wrong item

* There is a size or fit issue (for clothing/footwear)

* The product does not match the description

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

* Customized or personalized items

* Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

* Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our fault)

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

2. Provide order details and reason for return

3. Share product images if required

4. Our team will review and approve the request

5. Product pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided

6. Refund After Return

* Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected

* Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days

* Refunds will be made to the original payment method (or bank/UPI for COD orders)

7. Exchange Policy

* Exchanges are subject to product availability

* If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued

* Only one exchange per order is allowed

8. Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges are non-refundable

* If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us
